They sit a bit taller , the shearling is on the outside and the front shearling fold is a bit shorter. They are meant to be worn with the seam in front and the panels flanked on either side of head. I would say, add an inch to your measurements and don’t go bigger or smaller than that  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* please note measurements are based on the size with shearling.
